Job Description

32 hpw OR RN position available. Schedule includes Monday-Saturday, 10:50a-7:20p FLEX with Call. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday on-call schedule includes 24-hr coverage.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current O.R. experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures: i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
• BLS required.
  
  

Recommended Requirements

• Proven leadership experience
• Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situation.
• CNOR Certification.
• BSN preferred
  
  

As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.

Pay Range

$36.41 - $74.59

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
