Nursing education.

I am a PhD, DNP prepared nurse who is willing to mentor nursing students on all levels.

internal medicine, family medicine, acute care, THIS IS A PAID PRECEPTORSHIP.

2 days a week 10 hrs a day. sees 25 patients a day

Elementary School Setting

Also available to offer tutoring in Nursing courses/assignments, term papers, research, capstone projects and dissertation as well as data entry and analysis.

Heavy-Volume Primary care setting.

Primary care setting, serving mixed ethnic population, a range of acute and chronic care with emphasis on prevention and screening such as weight management, smocking cessation, Diabetes prevention etc.

thoracic surgery setting in the outpatient clinic, postoperative inpatient setting, and intraoperative (OR) setting. I work M-F 8a-5p. I am happy to take any FNP or acute care NP student. OR experience will be observation only for the student.

I work in the inpatient and outpatient setting on the surgical service. The student will gain valuable experience in: comprehensive and focused exam, oncology staging for lung and esophageal cancers, inpatient management of the acutely ill patient, preoperative work up/evaluations, postoperative care and follow up.

I currently practice in a level 1 trauma center in all specialties of the Peri operative area. I have 15 years of ICU experience, 10 of them with open heart.

I love to precept. I make you feel so comfortable and relaxed to ask questions and make mistakes. I will impart to you all of my 40 years of nursing at 22 hospitals, in many areas of hospital nursing.
